The project site is located in Banodja, within the Tskaltubo municipality. This compact, two-story residential house features a sloped roof—an intentional design choice aimed at fostering harmony with the surrounding environment. The building’s volumetric composition establishes a strong connection with its natural context, a principle reflected in both the façade design and the selection of materials.

Large windows on the ground floor create a seamless visual and physical connection between the indoor living spaces and the surrounding landscape. This design maximizes natural light intake, enhancing the ambiance of the interior. A refined color palette of natural tones, applied both to the exterior and interior, ensures a smooth integration with the environment. The property is bordered by a dense forest on one side and a neighborhood of private residences on the other.

The project embodies a thoughtful approach to contemporary living, offering a comfortable and balanced environment that enhances residents' well-being. The interior is designed to be light-filled, elegant, and highly functional. The objective was to create a unique residence where traditional and modern materials blend seamlessly.
