Ma architect” is a multidisciplinary architectural organization that strives to be a leader in the field of architecture and design, both locally and internationally. Its entire ideology is based on offering socially adapted architectural solutions to the public. We adhere to the understanding of the building as a separate entity and, through the synthesis of the history and culture of a certain territory, we try to follow the modern understanding of architecture.
We create unique projects tailored to the wishes of the client, where sustainability and innovation, creativity and traditions are harmoniously combined, maintaining a balance of functionality and aesthetics. Tinatin graduated in 2015 from the Georgian Technical University with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, and Design. In 2018, she earned a Master’s degree in Interior Design from the same university and continued her professional career in her own design firm.

Her notable career includes leading positions in the Urban Planning, Heritage Protection, and Construction Permit Services of Kutaisi Municipality. One of the most significant achievements under her leadership was the development of the General Urban Plan Concept for Kutaisi in 2020, a milestone project that left an indelible mark on her professional journey.
