MELQ-development

⚡ Situated in Kutaisi's historic Balakhvani district, this project draws inspiration from the area's rich architectural heritage, particularly the construction of the city's first multi-story residential building in 1937, located at the heart of the neighborhood. Nestled along the picturesque banks of the Rioni River, the development aspires to create a serene, inviting, and environmentally integrated living space.

The four-story residential complex features a striking façade that merges two contrasting materials—eclaire stone and brick—crafting an architectural aesthetic that is both contemporary and timeless. Expansive glass windows in each apartment frame sweeping panoramic views of the Rioni River and the iconic Bagrati Cathedral, offering residents a seamless connection to the surrounding landscape.

In line with the developer's commitment to social responsibility, the project includes plans to revitalize the adjacent riverside area, incorporating recreational spaces and essential social infrastructure. Additionally, addressing Kutaisi's critical shortage of parking, the design incorporates both underground and ground-level parking facilities, ensuring convenience for residents and alleviating urban congestion.
