Individual residential house first

Individual residential house first

Nestled in the historic district of Kutaisi, specifically on Tsereteli Street, the project occupies a unique position within the visual protection zone of an immovable cultural heritage monument. This exceptional location features a four-story individual residential house with a basement.

Inspired by the historical nuances of the area, the design reflects a deep respect for heritage while seamlessly integrating contemporary solutions and the latest architectural trends. The structure, tailored precisely to the client's desires, exemplifies a model of urban sensitivity and respect for the city's urban fabric.

The house's façade is thoughtfully segmented into two distinct blocks, a design choice dictated by the functional interplay of the interior spaces. Each block is sheathed in stone, echoing the architectural language of the neighboring residences. The unique configuration of the windows, the intricately adorned parapets, and the minimalist balconies bestow the house with a singular, dynamic presence.

Inside, the residence offers vistas both onto the street and towards the historic Bagrati Cathedral, imbuing the property with a rare and invaluable charm for its owner. The historical-architectural style of the design instills the building with warmth, individuality, and an air of refined luxury.
